It’s been a bit since I’ve updated on here. The weak excuses? I was sick, work’s been busy, AND I’ve been traveling a lot on weekends, and getting in late Sundays (Sunday nights are big blogging times for me). I’m consistently impressed with those who can churn out content everyday, make it look more professional
I’ve been to Stroudsburg PA plenty of times over the years. I had few good friends who went to ESU, and have very fond memories of attending a few parties at my one buddy’s apartment above the Sherman Theater on main street. I’ve driven through Stroudsburg more than I’ve actually been in town, especially when
I haven’t really checked in on a weekly basis, because somehow this August became BUSY. The fact that the month is almost over is surprising and upsetting. I finally thought I’d have a chance this week to get some posts I’ve been working on churned out, but this really might just be it. I spent
I’m going to make the bold statement that at the moment, Lancaster is 100% the coolest city in Pennsylvania…that no one’s ever heard of. Hear me out. Whenever I tell people I used to live in Lancaster, the most common reaction still is to ask if I lived by the Amish. Most people are surprised
It took great restraint to not title this post, “Oh Little Town of Bethlehem,” and I’m proud of myself for showing that restraint. So, this past weekend, I spent just a little bit of time in Bethlehem, PA, which, if you aren’t familiar, is located in the Lehigh Valley just off both 22, and 78,

I was disappointed, as I often am, that I had less than stellar pictures to chose from. I went into this weekend thinking I’d also do a quick post
I think I can safely say that summer in the Adirondacks is my favorite vacation destination. My brother and both had a four day weekend for this July 4th, so decided to take advantage by heading up to Lake Placid once again to tackle another high peak. Mt. Colden now officially marks my 4th high
I try to remain as apolitical as possible here on my blog, but it was hard to remain apolitical during the election, and becoming increasingly hard now, just in life, where it seems every choice or conversation can trigger some sort of debate, or side drawn. I in no way, shape, or form supported, or
Short and sweet. Here are three PA spots that have recently popped up on my radar. And you didn’t think I could be succinct! Here & Now Brewing Company in Honesdale– I just found out two days ago that a new brewery has opened in Honesdale. I like the look of the beer and food
A few weeks ago my manager brought in a utility tub of animal crackers for a work party. These were the sugar-cookie, cakey animal crackers that come in such tubs, not the graham-cracker-adjacent animal crackers which come in those tiny boxes shaped like circus train cars, which you could carry around via their string handle.
